Dangote Cement Plc. (DANGCEM) in Q1:2020 recorded an improved topline performance over the corresponding period of 2019. Group revenue grew by 3.76% from NGN240.16bn in Q1:2019 to NGN249.18bn in Q1:2020. This progress was led by growth in its home market (Nigeria), as domestic revenue reached a record high of NGN179.30bn during the quarter (vs. NGN169.89bn in Q1:2019).
